Purpose:
I created this slide deck for a project in my Master's program. I was tasked with conducting discovery research for a client of my choice in order to establish a foundation that would lead to an existing product redesign or the creation of a new product.
Constraints:
The client must have an existing digital product (website or mobile app) that serves multiple user types.
Process:
My research resulted in the following deliverables: Screening Questions, User Interviews, Personas, User Profiles, Competitive Analysis and Epics & User Stories.
